The central goal of our internship program is for our interns to learn and grow not only as an employee but also as a person. Our structure is built as you go, we allow our interns to get their feet wet in different departments and projects to see what sparks interest or sparks joy, as Marie Kondo would say. Interning should be the point in your career where you discover your passion and find what fits you best, just like a tailored suit. This is why our internships are tailored to each individual.

What factors led to your decision to pursue a career in Agriculture?
"Between my grandfather’s citrus groves and my father’s graphic design company geared towards produce, I have been exposed to agriculture from a young age. Growing up, my experiences within the industry, such as trade expos and field tours, have led to my passion for agriculture that I have today."

"Dayka & Hackett’s internship program provided me with the training and experience to thrive in my current role with the company.
